Our client – multinational telecommunication company – is looking for high qualified – hot short! – Senior Level Manager to head international team of Multimedia and Systems Integration (MM&SI) project managers
You will be responsible for:
• Managing Project managers and projects (delivery and pre-sales) within the MM&SI division in ECCA Market Unit (12 countries)
• Correct application of the agreed project management methods and tools
• Ensuring the competence of the project managers within the division
• Monitor, track and report all projects in the MM&SI portfolio
• Handling day-to-day issues regarding the project portfolio, and preparing for decisions regarding the portfolio that should be made by the project portfolio owner
• Support in Developing and maintaining the Account and Business Strategy for MM&SI for MU EECA
• Provide input into the Multimedia and Systems Integration Business Plan
Requirements:
• 6+ years direct experience of project management in related technical field such as Telecom BSS implementation, such as Billing, provisioning, NGIN, VAS, SDP and Multimedia applications is a must
• Line Management Experience of a team greater than 10 people (Multiple locations a plus)
• Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and internally.
• Demonstrated excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures
• Extensive experience in consultative selling, commercial understanding and negotiation capabilities
• Strong Technical knowledge in the IT space (BSS) of Telecom
• Proven track record in driving and managing complex business opportunities
• Change Agent / Leader, Creative, with an innovative mindset to spot new opportunities
• High Networking skills.
• Strong written verbal and presentation skills.
• Results oriented, highly (self) motivated with very high energy levels
• Ability to persuade and mobilise internal/external resources to fulfil Customer requirements
