Project Manager (Civil Engineer) for the international bank
Job Scope:
Main task
Supervises the construction in complexes that are given from clients to be financed by the Bank, which contains:
- Control of compliance of construction progress with approved budget, correction of budget during construction process.
- Analysis of compliance of scope of performed construction and mounting works with works indicated in the certificates of completion.
- Quality evaluation of performed works.
- Control of compliance of performed works with design documentation.
- Drafting of reports with conclusions and recommendations.
- Definition of percentage of object readiness.
- Control of the loan fund expenditure
Additional task
Be involved in the network project (reconstruction for new branches), with contains:
- Drafts, supervises and performs the contract budget per each project
- Manages and supervises the architectural, electrical and mechanical part of the designs
- Manages and supervises the construction of the new branches and renovation of the operating ones
- Controls, completes technical studies, issues, implements timeframes for new branches & renovation of operating branches
- Drafts bills, implements quality & quantity controls, measures work, proposes final expenditure for approval.
- Manages and monitors all the documents necessary for obtaining all the permits, from all the authorities, for the operation of the new branches
- Performs the reception of the projects, equipments and goods from all the providers
- Provides accurate, updated and objective information regarding the stages of the projects
- Performs the utility arrangements (bills, documents, etc)
- Performs market surveys in the construction field to affirm the construction price list
- Provides general coordination of branch provisioning, ensures briefing & coordination of all Divisions involved
- Report to the director about the development process
- Manages and supervises the ATM installation, all over Ukraine, with all the needed works (security, CCTV, corporate identity canopy, etc
Requirements:
- University degree in Construction, Economics
- minimum 3 year experience in civil engineering within real estate agencies * construction companies * development companies; experience with one of the leading Ukrainian Banks will be an advantage
- good knowledge of local construction practices, especially with commercial and residential premises
- strong business development orientation, responsibility and initiative
- good research and analytical skills
- good verbal and written communication skills
- fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian
- readiness to travel regularly throughout Ukraine
